Every software has been tested to make sure that it works seamlessly. We guarantee The Company’s product to work with a fresh default install. We will work with all users who experience any problems to find the part of the site that is stopping The Company’s product from working.

It is your responsibility to keep a regular backup of your database and/or relevant files so that if the worst does happen, you can use your backup to bring your blog/site back online.

12. Server Setup

Our software requires that you have a properly configured server setup with PHP and MySQL and it is online where it can be accessed using your domain name. In most cases this is something you don’t have to worry about as your web host will provide you with a properly configured server. If you are using some WordPress plugins on your site without any issue then it is safe to assume that our plugins will work fine on your server.

13. Product Delivery

Our digital products are delivered instantly via email to your inbox. On rare occasions, an email can get delayed or missed or it can end up in your junk/spam folder. If you do not receive an email containing the product download links within a few hours after the order, please contact us and we will send you fresh download links.
